Rakuten Mobile has the impression that it really doesn't have a good signal, but it seems that they have compiled the results of a satisfaction survey conducted on about 90,000 subscribers. So how does Rakuten Mobile's signal rate on their report card?
The main survey results are as follows:
1. How does Rakuten Mobile's signal rate on its report card?
Approximately 80% of subscribers feel that Rakuten Mobile's signal quality has improved since before. In particular, among those who had concerns about the signal quality before signing up, approximately 80% felt an improvement in their communication after actually using the service.
"My impression: 90% of the time the signal is not a problem, but in the remaining 10% or so, there are times when I feel like there is no signal depending on the location. However, the low mobile phone charges, which I will introduce later, make up for that, so the overall rating is fine."

2. How do you use Rakuten Mobile? Usage scenarios
Approximately 60% of subscribers use Rakuten Mobile for social media and video streaming, and enjoy the benefits of unlimited data. Many have commented that this has reduced the stress caused by data restrictions and made their lives more comfortable.
"My impression: Because I have unlimited data, I can use it freely for videos, social media, video calls, etc. without having to worry about anything."

3. Are you satisfied with the prices and services?
Approximately 90% of subscribers are satisfied with Rakuten Mobile's fee structure, point system, and additional services. In particular, approximately one in three users who switched from other companies realized a monthly cost reduction of more than 5,000 yen. Many people are investing or saving the money they save, and this trend is particularly noticeable among young people in their 20s and 30s.
"My impression: I am very satisfied with the low cost of my mobile phone bill. I only pay about 3,000 yen a month. When I was using Softbank before, it was about 7,000 yen a month, so I saved 4,000 yen, which comes to 48,000 yen a year."

4. Expectations for platinum bands are high
Approximately 80% of subscribers are looking forward to the future provision of the platinum band and hope for further improvements in communication quality.
"My impression: As mentioned earlier, there are some areas where the signal is not available, so I hope the platinum band coverage area will be expanded soon."
